The Prophet \ufdfa slept early and woke early, a habit linked to better emotional balance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Night Sunnah Routine:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Make wudu before sleep<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recite Ayat al-Kursi<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sleep on your right side<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Say the bedtime duas taught by Rasulullah \ufdfa<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Proper rest restores your emotional and spiritual strength for managing anxiety the next day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Lessons from the Prophet \ufdfa on Managing Anxiety<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The life of the Prophet Muhammad \ufdfa offers countless examples of emotional strength. Despite facing extreme grief, betrayal, and war, he mastered the art of <strong>managing anxiety<\/strong> with tawakkul, dhikr, and patience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The Year of Sorrow (Aam al-Huzn)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Prophet \ufdfa lost his beloved wife Khadijah (\u0631\u0636\u064a \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647 \u0639\u0646\u0647\u0627) and his uncle Abu Talib in the same year.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>He was rejected by the people of Ta\u2019if and physically harmed.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Despite such emotional weight, he turned to Allah, never gave up, and managed his anxiety with unwavering trust.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Dua He Made at Ta\u2019if:<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong> <em>\u201cIf You are not angry with me, then I do not mind. It\u2019s part of worship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What the Prophet \ufdfa Did:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Took time to rest and be alone for reflection (khulwa)<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Smiled often and encouraged optimism<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ate in moderation and walked regularly<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Treated others kindly, creating emotionally safe spaces<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Hadith \u2013 Sahih Muslim:<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong> <em>\u201cThe strong man is not the one who overcomes others by strength, but the one who controls himself while in anger.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Controlling anger and stress is at the core of <strong>managing anxiety<\/strong> effectively and Islamically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Helping Others Helps You Heal<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One of the most overlooked yet effective strategies for <strong>managing anxiety<\/strong> is serving others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Hadith \u2013 Sahih Muslim:<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong> <em>\u201cAllah is in the aid of His servant as long as the servant is in aid of his brother.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Volunteering, offering a kind word, or supporting a friend in need can give you a sense of purpose that directly helps in <strong>managing anxiety<\/strong> and depression.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>When to Seek Professional Help<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Islam encourages using <strong>both spiritual and practical tools<\/strong>. Helping Others Helps You Heal One of the most overlooked yet effective strategies for managing anxiety is serving others.
